Wills are something all of us should have.
But we don’t like to think about them because they force us to recognize our mortality and plan for life events we’d rather not consider.
So it’s no surprise that a lot of what we read about wills puts a real damper on our mood. After all, it’s virtually almost impossible to put a positive spin on dying.
Because estate planning is a heavy topic, I thought it would be nice to lighten the mood a bit by highlighting some incredibly bizarre bequests and unusual stipulations that people have made throughout history.
Look for them on Wednesdays. They will definitely make you question the concept of “sound mind.”
