The following is a fee schedule for estate planning services involving non-taxable estates. Please note that these fees are only an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity of your unique circumstances. For example, if you have significant assets, a child with special needs or a blended family, the fee could be higher. Additionally, detailed, unusual, or complex requests may increase the cost of your plan.

Includes: Last Will and Testament*, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, HIPAA Authorization, Living Will or Directive to Physicians, Appointment of Guardian (if necessary), Beneficiary Designation Instructions, detailed instructions on how to sign your documents in compliance with the Texas Statutes, and a periodic “peace of mind” review.
